Solid built, durable, accurate are the best words to describe beurer products. I strongly recommend this product for hospitals and clinics.

This product performs as intended, but it is not suitable for infants.

The top label is somewhat misleading: It hides the bottom one, the one that clearly states that the pulse oximeter is made in China, not Germany. However, this is not a deal breaker for me. Rather I found the autorotate feature very irritating. Also, there is no battery indicator, no perfusion index, and the graph is quite unstable.

The product page says the product has warranty of 5 years. But when I received the product, the warranty card offers only 3-year warranty. One of the reasons I selected this product is because of the 5-year warranty period offered, so this felt like cheating. I have given four-star rating though, since the product seems to be working fine.

Seems to work OK. Pulse matches a blood pressure meter, and O2 appears to match what I expect it to be.
