Trader Joe's Women's Formula Multivitamin & Mineral, 100tablets

Definitely worth the money. My daughter pays TWICE the amount for another vitamin that has a much lower amount (probably a fifth the amount!) of each vitamin! Six months on these. I LOVE them!

I was looking for a multivitamin with zinc and magnesium, and this one (and the price) fit the bill. Overall, it seems like a standard multivitamin. I haven't magically assumed superpowers overnight, but I feel good overall. As with all vitamins, the only side effect I have experienced is neon urine.

I am giving it four stars because the price was great and it has lots of good ingredients.I did not give it five stars because it made me a little nauseated. In all fairness, that was when I took it on an empty stomach. So if you need what it delivers (I needed biotin in a multi-), please try it.Be sure to read the directions like I didn't :-); it probably says do not take on an empty stomach.

Love Love LOVE these multivitamins! I ran out for awhile and wasn't close to a Trader Joe's to purchase them, so found them here on Amazon. A few weeks after starting the vitamins I notice a big difference in the health of my fingernails, while on the vitamins my fingernails grow like weeds, so does my hair.These vitamins are a product I try to never be without!

This arrived on time. I don't know much about vitamins really but have been taking these for years & haven't gotten sick, so...

Trader Joe’s vitamins are my go to! I’ve bought them for many years and I love them. I highly recommend!
