About how long would this bag last with one rabbit?

a rabbit should have access to unlimited amounts of hay our four rabbits weighing seven lbs each go thru eight 48 oz bags a month they are new Zealand breed

Is this hay trust worthy to buy?

I'm not sure what would make it not trustworthy. It seems fine to me. The same Timothy hay I usually get, but cut and packaged in a way that makes it much easier to pull apart.

Do i put this this in the bottom of the cage or do i put it in a feeding rack?

Feeding rack /bin or flat surface where they can eat off of. Might fall too much through bottom of cage, not that your rabbit might not drag to our through there when eating anyways.
