Q: Is it compatible with a "badger 5" mount?

As I recall, the mount did not fit. I had to use the mount supplies with the GE unit. The GE unit itself is smaller in diameter that the badger. I would have preferred to use the badger if the plumbing lines fit.

Q: Does this also come with the seal and the elbow to the drain trap the the two screws mount into/onto?

This unit comes complete with the seal and all items needed to mount it under the sink. The elbow to connect it to the drain trap is included as well. Be sure to clean both sides (top and bottom) of the sink thoroughly with a Brillo pad or something to get a smooth, clean surface for the seal. The elbow is fairly long, but if it doesn't fit completely into your trap, you can get an extension and coupling at Home Depot or Lowes to make it longer.

Q: Does this disposer come with a stainless steel mount?

the mounting bracket is part of the drain hole strainer that fits into grain hole in the sink. the bottom of the strainer is the bracket which your disposal locks on to when installed under the sink. the sinkstainer is stainless steelnad wheter the monting bracke t is stainless or not does not matter. it never comes in contact with water or waste products. you will replace your disposal before the bracket would ever show any signs of wear.
