Q: I am 5' 10" will these work for me?

Yes. It should be fine. I am 5' 9" and there was still a little room to adjust for height. 5'10" puts you right on the cusp of both sizes. With pads it should work well.

Q: Im 5'9 would i need the tall or medium? With footwear

Hugo medium adult size, adjustable crutches can accommodate a user height of 5' 2" to 5' 10" and feature dual push-button adjustments. I would think the medium should be fine unless you wear high heels.

Q: What’s the the armpit to floor height of med and tall?

I can’t tell you that. I am six feet tall. I bought the tall ones, and discovered they came right up to my armpits, which crutches should not. I then bought the regular ones, and set them at nearly full length. The physical therapist reset them two notches lower, where they should have been.
