Strong and easy to use
Bought as part of my safety gear for working up ladders at home.Easy to use and strong. Plus the clip is a good size to easily clip around the ladder rung.

Good safety tool
Basically it does what it says. Thankfully I have not had to test its safety properties. I have used it on a number of occasions when working on guttering on a 3-storey house. It seems to be of excellent construction and very easy to use.

Good, although I'm not sure I got the right one
The shock absorber swayed my decision, but it turns out that it's a single fall shock absorber which simply pulls a length of folded webbing out of a constricting surround of very strong plastic, in the process doubling the length. Once pulled out, you'd need a new one, but then it would have done an important job and you wouldn't mind, so it's a good product, and particularly for someone heavy. I'm not terribly heavy, so it may be overkill for me - I could have saved a bit by getting a similar lanyard without a shock absorber, but there's no harm in having this better one, and I expect I could put all my weight on it without triggering the folded length of webbing to pull out and deploy, but I'm not going to test that just in case.

Heavy.
This looks well made, but really in an ideal World, you would want to see lighter metal components used.

minimum height of 6.75m!
all very good, but probbaly useless for domestic situations like 2 story house as minimum height is 6.75m.
