Q: Does the screw/nail penetration seal itself after a deck ledger board is installed over the product?

Theoretically yes according to Huber Industries, I still seal it with tape or silicone

It’s thin, it’s not a 1/2” thick....more like 1/16” thick maybe, probly less.
