Protects my knees
I wanted a very thick and spongy mat and I got one. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and they cannot bear any hardness. It is also kind of sticky so there is no way of a foot slipping and causing injury. I can't speak for how long it will last and keep it's qualities, but it seems good quality so I hope it will last well.

Great thickness
The thickness of the mat and the price was why I went for this as a birthday present.The recipient was over the moon

Too thick
I thought the thickness would be good as I have sensitive knees, however this mat is thick and springy which makes balancing tricky. I tried it once and immediately realised I'll have to buy another mat!

Saves my knee's
I stretch every day on this as I don't feel any discomfort.It's a thick spongy foam so even with all my weight on one knee I still feel discomfort.Was worth every penny.

This is the right mat!
This mat that I received is the correct mat. I left a post earlier when I received the wrong mat. This is the correct one and it is awesome! It is just under an inch wide. It is super thick. It is very comfortable. I use it on a cement floor which is the reason I wanted the one inch thick mat. It is worth it! This is just as described. It's long so I can stretch out on it fully (I'm 5'10"). I'm very happy with my purchase

It’s THICK
I was looking for the tickets yoga map possible, and this is it. It’s firm and yet soft. You cannot feel the hard ground. It’s like having 6 yoga maps stacked on top one another.You can yoga on concrete with this thing. So thick. So soft. So firm.
