Will this be compatable on a 2002 tj?

If your tj has a can bus yes it will def work. If it doesnt i would think just changing the plug over to h13 would be much cheaper. But it def as advertised plug and play and go.

Will this stop the flickering on my headlights, which only flickers when my e-brake is disengaged?

I installed these on my 2012 JKU and it stopped all flickering.

I bought tje 7in gensii halo led and comes with a whole bunch of wire hookups amd also purchased these antiflicker do stiil have to use them with all

I just used the antiflicker and didn't worry about the harness that came with the lights. Everything hooked right up and no flicker. Quick and easy install.

I bought these thinking they were for foglights but when they arrived they were for headlights. Anybody else have that problem?
