works beautifully for me
I am so pleased with this nail white pencil. The white stays under my nails through numerous hand washing throughout the day, and works just as well as the Revlon brand did in days gone by. After each use, I leave the cap OFF until the white of the pencil is completely dry so as not to break the point of the pencil. I intend to order a couple more of this brand.Updated: March 13, 2013. These nail whitener pencils still work very well. I have a small herd of previously-orphaned kitty-kats, and I wash my hands a great deal after picking the cats up or holding them. This morning, as usual, I washed my hands and applied the nail whitener, and after having already washed my hands several times today, the nail whitener still coats the under part of my nails. Now that flu season is here, i wash my hands thoroughly for about 20 seconds each time, and the tips of my nails still look white. I cannot understand why anyone would have problems using this product.

Doesn’t work
I used to use this type of nail crayon whitener in the 90’s. After looking at the bad reviews for this item, I thought maybe people didn’t know how to use it properly so I took a chance on ordering. This item does not work. After getting my nail bed wet and the pencil wet, it left no color-nothing- under my nail. The pencil just crumbles. 0 out of 5 stars.

Very impressed
I'm extremely happy with the pencil. After wearing polish for an extended period of time my nails are just terrible, and when they get longer they're uneven in the whiteness with spots and just look weird. I've only ever used (or even seen in stores) the Sally Hensen white pencil over many years. Which worked well but goes on much more smoothly with just the tiniest amount of moisture. I work with the disabled and I wash my hands constantly so after trying it I immediately washed my hands as if I were at my job and I noticed no loss of white from under my nails. I was surprised at the size of the pencil compared to the price. A little over 6" without the cap will last an extremely long time. I think I may even cut it in half and keep one half in my purse.

I think it works??
My nails have always been pretty yellow and transparent. I will say this helped brighten up my nails and remove some of the transparency, but it was not opaque enough to get rid of the hello tint. You win some you loose some 🤷♀️. This probably works a little better on shorter nails but even on my longer nails I think it’s cute. I tried the pencil wet and dry and preferred dry.

Doesn't work
I should have listened to the reviews, doesn't work. Crumbles and does not whiten under nails. Will return it.

Save your money on this brand
Does not work. Dipped tip in warm water and applied under nail tips...doesn't leave a white "stain." Have used these for years but this brand (flowery) is a waste of money.

I left a pretty good detailed review 😊
So this picture was taken right away so you could see the difference between the two. I have to say im pretty impressed, I've washed my hands and done normal day to day stuff for about 7 hours and they're still white as hell. Goes on really easy too, I definitly reccomend this pencil 😊**UPDATE** The 3rd picture is about a week later. Washing hands, showering, braiding my daughters hair, cleaning etc. I also use the tip of the cap to clean out any dirt under my nails, at first I was scared I'd scrape the white off doing that, but it doesnt , even doing it right away. Pretty good pencil guys 🥰
