This is a great grinder. After many reviews I chose this one. However Specialty Suppliers London Sent me a clearly opened box, items inside had been poorly semi repackaged, the power cable had been clearly unravelled and not put back correctly. Needles to say the grinder did not work and was returned. Since repurchased from a further vendor and arrived in A1 new and sealed condition.

If you, like me, are wondering why the grind is all over the shop and very coarse, make sure you wind the top down until it stops on the finest setting, then back it off to the desired grind setting from there.
