Q: can i cut 2" abs pipe with this cutter ?

You should be able to cut 2" ABS with no problem. We use these to cut 2" Polypropylene.

Q: Where are these made (i.e. Country of origin)?

They are made in Spain. I use mine almost everyday. Best cutters I’ve come across in 20 years.
