These lancets are of such a small gauge that they are virtually painless. The size works well for me even though my hand dexterity isn't normal.

These are very good Lancets. They do not require a pen to use them. That's what I like the best. They are thin and do not penetrate too deeply. I highly recommend these if you have to check your glucose numbers regularly.

I saw in a other review someone having issues with these. Specifically, when you remove the little plastic things, theres no actual lancet. I had been using some of the more "professional" ones lie this, and i liked then. But these... dont seem to do anything other than make use of an injection molding machine.I mean, I might be missing something, but I went through three of them, and... nothing.

I feel like an idiot not knowing you could buy these over the counter. They are so much easier to use than the other little lancets. Absolutely no pain! And so darn easy to use! These are so perfect for diabetics! Definitely worth the money!
