Best for cleaning up and reconditioning wood without sanding. Removes some softwood and creates a subtle texture similar to an aged surface.

Used 5" oscillating sander by hand with bespoke filter bag to 'scuff' hardwood floor. Discs prepped the surface quickly. 15 ft. x 12 ft. room done in 45 minutes, using 3 discs, although I could have gotten by with two. Also, prepped prefinished table to make-ready for clear coat. Perfect. Eight hole backer pad sucked dust right through disc in each case. Disc firmly adhered to backer pad in every case. Met expectations, +.

These pads work great for cleaning the cast iron tabletop of my table saw. I attach one to my random orbital sander and it makes quick work of cleaning the cast iron. Based on how well they work on my table saw, I am confident they will work well on other surfaces as well. Very inexpensive and worth the convenience of not having to hand scrub my table saw top.

I use these along with wd40 and it cleans em right up. 5 stars for meeting my expectations.
