Q: how many hours of UV light do these bulbs give off?

These bulbs are very suspect..... They're bright, much brighter than any other UV bulb we've ever purchased. My husband doesn't believe that they actually are providing any UVA/UVB light and purchased additional UV lights for our turtles. The boxes are just a square box with no information on them.

Q: Will these bulbs work in a fluker's repta-clamp lamp?

Yes it can be used. It might be a bit difficult and sometimes even frustrating to replace the bulb when they go out. But other than that they work good in fluker's repta-clamp lamp. The further way the lamp the stronger wattage bulb you use.

Q: Is this ok for a Pygmy chameleon

I wouldn't use this with a chameleon if I could help it. The quality is a bit suspect and chameleons are very sensitive. Best to go with the T5 long bulbs for UV and more standard bulb, deep heat emitter, or ceramic heater for the cham; placed so that he/she can't get too close.
