This is it if you’re drilling stones for jewelry!
I had a dream and a Dremel that I wanted to use to drill holes in stones for jewelry. Initially the internet suggested that I:1) get the adapter to turn my dremel into a drill press (great advice), and2) use diamond-coated grinding bits to do this (terrible)I ended up with a broken stone after 15 minutes of trying to gently work through the stone (it also barely made a dent before the stone broke), SO, I flipped back through the different options, and then I bought theseLIKE A HOT KNIFE THROUGH BUTTER in comparison. Drilled 5 stones so far, each one took less than a minute and turned out perfectly. They come with the correct-sized cup to hold the various-sized bits in your Dremel. No issues, a million stars.

WORK GREAT
These drill bits do very well in hard material (oyster shells), but the diamond coating does wear off making them then like any other bit.

Suprised
Surprised. These aren't as good as more expensive . But they work

Not for dremels but overall good bits for drilling holes in glass
Nice diamond coated bits for drilling holes into glass, although not sure why it mentions dremels because the collects that come with it are 0.165" diameter but most dremels use 1/8" bits (0.125"), and the largest bit itself is 2.5mm (~0.1"). I just use them without the collects, in a drill press. Make sure to use water when cutting glass!

Just ok
These are ok bits but you get what you pay for. While following instruction on how to use these properly I still went through two-three bits to be able to completely drill through a softer gem.

Works Great - as Advertised!
This diamond drill bit set works exactly as the description claims. We use these in a Dremel tool. (The set comes with the adapter pieces that hold the bit snug). They do take some time to drill through thick materials, but we were able to drill through glass easily by starting at an angle, then straightening out. The trick is to be patient, and do some test pieces to get the pressure right, and a feel for it. We purchased a small $10 metal vice with a plastic clamp piece on Amazon as well, which we set in a bowl of water to hold the pieces for the drilling process, and that worked excellent. The bits seem very strong and well-made. Quality product, and nice that you get so many for the price! Highly recommend for jewelry making, crafts, drilling beach stones, etc. just don’t forget you have to drill under water!

Rough grit, dull point, all sizes require pilot hole
While the drills drill, they can only do so with excessive pressure or a pilot hole since the tips seem to be cut inexplicably flat for a drill. Which kind of defeats the purpose of it actually being a drill, in my opinion. It's almost like the designer saw an image of a drill in a magazine once, thought 'hey, let's make some of those!' And then designed them without knowing what they'd be used for. Additionally, the diamond coating is rough grit.. really rough grit. So if you wanted to use them to drill thru.. say, glass, stone, or other brittle surface, expect heavy chipping of your material.

Perfect for Jewelry Making
I use these diamond drill bits for sea glass and gemstones, and they work great. This set has four really useful sizes and works perfectly with my Dremel. It comes with collets, so it fits securely. Strong, accurate, excellent value-recommended to all jewelry makers!
