Q: So this is ok to use instead of coating parts in atf when rebuilding a honda trans? valve bodies ok to use this?

Personally I use this to hold seal rings in place and to lubricate clutch piston seals and seal rings and the corresponding bore. I'd use the recommended fluid , lubricant etc. when doing valve bodies. When I use this stuff I don't get crazy with it and have globs of it in the trans, just enough to do what I want to get done.

All depends how hot it is in your area, blue if cold green if hot.
