Yes absolutely. I have a short bob and would not be without it.

Possibly , bear in mind though : 1) any longer and it tends to ‘grab ‘hair , when in wind mode , 2 not ,in my opinion , suitable for long or thick hair as the ‘brush ‘ head doesn’t glide through hair , rather sits on top . I have been disappointed in this product .

You can control the rotating head. I goes in two directions. It can be used on curly hair.
