Yes, they have adjustable velcro straps. The smallest fit my 6 yr. old grandson.

the adult version had many complaints that the straps were too long/velcro wouldn't overlap properly. Any problems w/ this in the Jr size?

Same issue. The Velcro straps were too long for a petite/thin child. Ended up tying straps in knots to shorten.
