Q: Will this cure faster using accelerator spray?

I don't think I would use accelerator. The glue is super viscous and seems more similar to a wood glue base than something like CA that you could accelerate. I didn't have an issue getting this glue to set quickly.

Q: Would this be good to use on the accordion style paper surround? To seal small cracks and restore surround?

Yep. I repaired my subwoofer. Works great.

Q: Can this be used to repair a hole in the surround itself?

yes, works well on cone and on surround, if its an accordion or rolled paper surround depending on hole/tear size, I reinforce with black heavy construction paper

Q: How long will the bottle last once opened?

I purchased mine over a year ago. Far as i know its still good. As long as you leave cap tight.
