Does this mix have chuncks in it? Or is it more like a V8 consistency?

No chunks and not like V8 - there is no tomato juice. It's a great spice mix that you add to vodka and either tomato or clamato juice.

Not overly spicy. Comparable to zing zang... it’s a great tasting mix that I will buy again, but I still add a couple splashes of tobasco or other hot sauce.
