I adore this dispenser! It holds about 2 gallons. It's beautiful! It dispenses water SO Fast! I can fill my bottle twice as fast from this dispenser than I can filling it directly from my reverse osmosis. It sits on my counter and my 6 kids will go to this dispenser instead of the RO dispenser every single time.

Just okay, beautiful decanter but I’ve noticed a film of white residue sits at the bottom of the decanter which created particles of residue once clean water is poured into it which ends up going to waste as I’ve attempted to clean this thing over and over. I use it in my holistic wellness center for women and while it has drawn lots of attention due to the crystal vial, it has been somewhat of a headache making sure that the water isn’t contaminated with whatever substance is dwelling inside the bottom of the decanter.
