I was a little sceptical about buying a powder as I normally like to get my protien from the food I eat as opposed to a supplements. But I decided to give it a go.Shopped around and my god protien is expensive. Then I fround this and I have to say, you do get a lot for your money. 133 Servings at 21g of protien. Excellent value. Use half a pint of skimmed milk and throw in a few eggs and thats a mighty shake at a very good price. So its a winner for me there.Taste, not so great. The powder mixes really well with a hand wisk, no problems like others have reported, but the taste is about a 6/10 at best. Its OK, but not brilliant. Got a slight biscuity after taste and yes it's strawberry, but the strawberry flavour isn't that strong. Hence my score of 4 stars. But don't let this put you off, it's a great powder for the price and I will certainly order again.So after several buckets I changed the flavour to salted caramel, spot on. Flavours amazing. Changed review from 4 to 5 star. Interestingly since using this, the price does keep creeping up!

I was worried after reading other reviews but the chocolate flavour is nice. I use it stirred into yoghurt with chia seeds and almond milk and it makes a good pudding. At £33 for a big bucket it is great value. I will order again.

This was my first time buying this powder. Normally I get optimum nutrition, which is great but expensive.I got salted caramel, which tastes fine. It’s not tasty but not bad or undrinkable.I did notice the powder is very fluffy and soft compared to others but this doesn’t make a difference if shaken thoroughly with a lot of liquid. NOT TO BE USED for coffee / pancakes / yoghurt or anything other than a standard shake. It does not mix well with anything other than water/milk. For the price, it’s a good value shake and does the job.

I usually buy myprotein whey but I thought I'd try this as you get more for your money. Well, I cant find the words I want to use to describe what it's like so I will just say what comes to mind.Taste- not strawberry, it tastes like powder and flour. Worst flavour I have ever tasted.Consistency- bitty is the word I would use for this, it does not mix smooth and no matter how much I shook my mixer, it didn't mix.Packaging- well, what a joke. When I opened the amazon Box, the lid had come off and half of the powder was in the box. Stupidly I was so concerned about saving the protein, I didn't take a picture! The seal on the tub is one of those that is impossible to get off as you have to peel back the edge of the lid. Funny how it easily comes off when you don't want it too.If you like a quality protein and you use one that may cost a bit more money but you know you like it and it's effective. Don't do what I did and try to save a few quid. I've wasted £41 on something that is only fit for the food waste bin.So disappointed!This review is 100% honest but very lenient.

Lovely tasting shake.

Okay but could be better, lacking in flavour! it mixes well and a huge tub which is cost effective. To make this taste nicer and more strawberry milkshake like, I add in a couple of teaspoons of nesquick strawberry milkshake powder and yes it’s adding a few calories but it’s sooooo much nicer and easier to drink (I use half water half oat milk with a few ice cubes)Overall a good protein shake but flavour could be improved- 3 stars from me!

Thanks for the scoop.To be fair, this is the cheapest, bang for your buck protein powder. Taste is fine. I've gone through a handful of these, but my last one did not have a scoop. Wtf.Fortunately i had a scoop from the last bucket.

I am very pleasantly surprised at Serious Shredz. Although maybe a bit too sweet for what I'm used to, I'm sure I'll get used to it... its quite good as it happens. But for me, it's more of the fact it's great with milk and really smooth. For the price of a 4kg bucket of this stuff I was expecting clumps. But to my delight, no clumping at all.From now on, I'll only be buying Serious Shredz.
