Impressive!
I’ve been riding bicycles a long time, and this is my third folding bike. I’ve had a Dahon, Giant and now this Zizzo Urbano. This is by far the fastest, most comfortable of the three. It’s light, it’s durable and easy to fold and unfold. The unboxing, and set up from the durable box it was delivered in was smooth and took all of 15 minutes because I took my time not to scratch or damage anything. Guys this bike didn’t have a scratch on it and was packed to perfection. I am not sponsored by Zizzo, nor do I work for them or any way affiliated. In fact, I accidentally peeled of the sticker that says, void on the handlebar. I’m assuming I no longer have a warranty, but that’s ok. I know the bike feels like a quality made bike. The gears shift smoothly and I know I’ll have plenty of bike packing and long range bike adventures on this. Hope this helps! If you’re on the fence, just buy it!

First time Zizzo buyer! Exceeded our expectations!
This folding bike is just awesome 10/10! Bought this for my son, smooth ride, very light and everything is perfect so far! Hesitant first to get it from Amazon, but exceeded our expectations. Bike arrived on time! Bike is on perfect condition, no scratch and you can feel it is really brand new! Easy to unfold/fold, no need for any instruction manual whatsoever. If you need a light foldable good looking bike, just buy it!

A Lighter Bike that is Substantial and Nimble
I'm nearly 78 years old and wanted a bike I could put in our car's trunk and use some distance from home. This bike is that. The bike arrived very well assembled. I checked all of the nuts and screws and almost all were appropriately tight. As expected the tires did need air. Because one inner tube valve stem was exiting the rim on an angle, I deflated that tube and reinflated it while holding the valve stem in place.Importantly, I wanted to pedal the bike in an upright, comfort position. As this bike uses standard components I was able to find: a set of high rise handlebars to reduce the distance (reach) from the saddle's center to where I grasped the handlebars, a more comfortable seat, and (from Zizzo) a longer seat post and fenders. Also, because I have pedal-pad atrophy I wanted to reduce the force on the bikes pedals. So, I had my local bike shop replace the front chain ring with a 34-tooth ring. I also replaced the folding pedals with mountain bike pedals and removed their pins and added zip ties so I could pull the pedals up rather than push them down and, thereby, reduce the pressure on my forefeet where the fat is gone. The bike is quite nimble and the 34-tooth ring allows me, without hurting my feet, to climb hills easily as well to shift into higher gears for traveling on level surfaces.ZiZZO has a help group on Facebook for discussing their bikes and has produced videos showing riders how to fix the most common issues. Their customer service is excellent too.I am very happy with this bike and ZiZZO!

Fantastic!
68 years continuous riding and working on bikes. This is worth every penny. Design and quality are superb! Lighter weight, one more gear, better derailer sold me on this model. My regular 10 mile route is a bit hilly and very windy some days. Came ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Brakes, derailer, tire pressure, spot on right out of the box. Excellent packaging by the way. Their less expensive models are probably great too but the miles of smiles I ride made this one worth it to me. Bought it for 4 day trip to Temecula Ca. Didn’t want to mess with bike rack for my other bike.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, as long as you’re planning to keep it!
IMPORTANT NOTE: I’m planning on basing a trip to Montreal & Halifax Canada on this foldable bicycle, so I was prepared to keep it regardless of my rating. Therefore, be aware that while it’s packaged well with plenty of cable ties, protective caps, & wrappings around the various straight parts, most of this will be destroyed when you unbox it!Also – there’re several tags & plastic notes tied to critical joints. Read these carefully. I printed out the User Manual & edited it for simplicity before I got started. Next – be aware that the videos make it look MUCH easier to unbox & unfold the bicycle than it really is! Watch the Amazon videos if you’re unclear about the unfolding process. In my case, it was when I got to “Stem Locking”. One example of how the video glosses over a critical detail: you have to press the spring-loaded button on the locking handle & pull it out before you can lock the handlebar stem in place. Small issue, but still important, so I made my own sticker indicating this.Last – while you can certainly carry this foldable bicycle in your car, it’d be IMPOSSIBLE to check it as luggage on a plane, since the seat stem is designed to be separate. Also, the two pieces could be damaged. Therefore, I bought this bag separately:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TMDRH5T?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_titleHIGHLY RECOMMENDED, as long as you’re planning to keep it. Otherwise, be prepared for Amazon to challenge your return!

Maintenance out the box
I bought this several months ago. Rode it for the first time Saturday on 5/13. Immediately I knew something was wrong. The bike kept squawking every time the bike moves forward. It's the noise it makes when you brake. Kind of like the rubber chicken. It'll have mini brakes as you're riding so the whole time a loud obnoxious squawk will periodically sound. I took it to a local bike shop and they said the brake in the front wheel was too close together and was pinching. Not really sure what that means as I'm not a bike mechanic but it's the front wire with the screws that loops over the front wheel. He unscrewed the front and adjusted the brake and redid it with a wider gap and it was fine afterwards. Overall the bike was good. About 25lbs, easy to carry for short distances. I can lift it with 1 hand. Couldn't really find a good place to grip though so I just grab whatever I can reach if I need to lug it around. Brakes are good at stopping (squawking not included), and the handlebars are easy to navigate. Overall a good ride but mine came needing maintenance out the box apparently and costed me extra money which I am not happy about.
