The description says to sprikle it on the dog food, but the label says Dog Chews, Which is right?

They are chews. Our dog is 4lbs so we give him 1/2 at night and that seems to work well.

Can I give this product to my two month Maltese?

I don't know but I have been giving it to my 7 year old Maltese for about a month and her eyes are getting brown stains. Before that I had used the same product in powder form with much more success. I do not recommend this product at all
