As adverstised
One of the things I really like about these Fire-King measuring cups is how solidly they are made. They feel much more substantial than other glass measurers. The handle, in particular, is more comfortable. The markings are easier to read, and they seem to stand up better to washing.

Durability outstanding all!
My mother had hers for many years, which made it a safe bet to buy... but after 20 some odd years the numbers finally wore off and I had to replace it! She’s happy, I’m happy... thank you for a great product!

Best glass measuring cup!
I use this product to melt chocolate. I think it’s best used for as a double boiler. I absolutely love the quality and I have never had my chocolate burn! Even with the steam hitting the handle, it’s never too hot to the touch. I bought a few of these and they never seem to ever disappoint!

Kitchen Necessity
This measuring cup is an additional one, as I often bake and cook foods. I was surprised at the size of it, as it is rather small, but sure enough, it is one cup as advertised. Dishwasher safe. Works fine.

Be aware of sharp edges
I noticed immediately that the handle had two very sharp edges. One is under the 'neck' of the handle, and the other is at the bottom 'tip' of the handle. I assume that these edges are formed during casting and should have been sanded down during production, but were missed somehow. In my opinion, this item is not safe for children. Adults should handle with caution, as well.
