Very good for digestion
Not sure if it works for fatty liver. But its good for digestion. I dont get acidity after drinking this. My mom's constipation after some heavy medications.. is a lot better. At the same time she doesnt get loose motions also. I buy regularly. Useful to have. Taste wise its not bad. Some people might not like the taste if they are not used to ayurvedic kadhas and other herbs.

Very bad experience
Tried for first time and it tastes very bitter and bad but kept drinking in the hopes of getting a healthier liver. There's too much of undisolved material inside. I take twice a day and tonight(slept for just 2 hours) I noticed that I'm having very bad sleep is because of this juice. I say this because I didn't take the juice on 2 different nights and my sleep was way better. Very bad experience. Maybe the issue is only for me. I definitely wouldn't recommend to any of my family members or my friends. Hope they come up with small bottles for trials.
