This is one of the best multivitamins I’ve tried. I like that it’s made with fruits, veggies, probiotics, and omegas instead of just synthetic ingredients. I feel more energized throughout the day, and it hasn’t upset my stomach like some other vitamins have. Plus, one bottle lasts a long time, which is a bonus.

I love these, I have way more energy. I was taking some way more expensive vitamins, that were huge, I had to take three a day, and still didn’t have what I needed. These have all I need, they are small, only need one, easy to take, and the price is perfect! Excellent quality, and I feel great. Plus, I’m actually absorbing these, because they are methylated.

This is a great vitamin for me since it includes everything I need. I was taking a bunch of separate supplements but not only was it difficult to take so many pills but it was worse when I traveled. When I found this vitamin, I couldn't believe it because it included basically everything including the turmeric and Coq10. It also includes some probiotics.There are really only two things: first, some of the quantities aren't quite as high a percent as the individual supplements (e.g. the calcium is only 10%); and secondly, I have to take 3 capsules. What I usually do is spread them out and take one capsule with each meal (I don't like to take pills without food unless specifically told not to).These really are about as complete a vitamin as I can find and they sure beat taking loads of individual supplements. They are a lot easier to take when traveling as well.

This product has help me when I’m at work tired. It boosts my energy, it’s vegan, and plus it’s easy to swallow you just have to take it with meal. All natural that’s why I love this product. I will definitely buy this again. Also it has so many health benefits, you got to try it. Great quality too.

Smells a bit like velarian root...taste like it too. Kind of 'nasty'. The ingredients look good, so I'm going with it, but it doesn't smell good....sorry ~

I'm finally writing a review after taking these vitamins for a few months. I have a vitamin D deficiency, and most multivitamins with vitamin D supplements alone still came up short in the lab levels when taking 50 mcg. This vitamin finally closed that gap and added other supplemental nutrients. I'm happy with my purchase and can't beat taking one capsule daily to get everything it offers. Thank you.
