Fits Eagle lift arms
Looks like eagle lifts no longer have any support or parts, but these worked well on our 10k to replace the chewed up pads.

May not fit flat against you current pad.
There is about a 3/8 lip around the circumference of the underside of the pad which may have to be removed to lay over the existing pad. I bought this for a floor jack but the existing pad is too large for this new one without modification. Same thing for my floor jack. I’ll make it work but I wish the pad had a larger diameter to it around the existing pads.
