All the spring fell of

So to keep the legs at either end of this bed open, there are plastic retention brackets (one at each side) that hold the head and feet legs in the down position so the bed doesn't fold up or collapse with you on the floor. After about 6 weeks the bracket at the head of the bed has effectively folded. Does anyone know where I can get some metal ones?

The frame came bent first of all.... Then the springs began falling everywhere and I was thrilled to see my giant son on the living room floor at 2 am after a long trip home from college. Piece of.... Then to return it you have to wrap the pile of springs and mattress etc which was a comical and insane adventure. Horrible horrible horrible!!

Mostly use it when we have several people staying over. Great for grandkids. Have tried it myself and it’s comfy enough, in a pinch, even for adults. It is quite low, though, so could be hard to get down/up.

Bought 2 of these for rental properties. One was delivered as promised, one got lost in transit. Contacted seller and they sent another bed with no hassle. Upon assembly, one bed went together great and seems decent. The other was bent beyond repair and unusable. Contacted seller and they refunded purchase price with no question and no need to ship defective bed back. The good bed seems fine, to be used as a last resort option and can’t speak to its comfort or longevity. Customer service was great.

We got this rollaway bed for our guest room. It is surprisingly comfortable and pretty easy to set up. We bought a cover for it to keep it clean, and it fits right into the closet in the guest room.

This bed was advertized to be 79" X 39", which is close to a standard twin XL size and the length I need. When it arrived, I mounted the wheels and opened it up to find it was 75" X 38, the length (not width) of the shorter bed they sell. After I asked to return it, the seller made a couple of monetary offers, but I really needed the extra length I had paid for. The seller facilitated the return and quickly refunded the full cost of the bed.

I am replacing a futon with this. This is a step up. I use this nightly, and must fold it every morning. It is comfortable. It does slide a bit on the wood floor, not a big deal. Also the clamp that keeps the bed “closed” is hard to fasten so I use a zip cord. I would use the included clamp if I wasn’t setting this up daily.
