Very shallow dish
This dish is very shallow, and not very long. If you are making dessert for two, then it would be considered a good size. But if you are making dessert for a family of four, or dinner guests, you'd have to make it in batches prior to the dinner, take it out of the dish itself and put the ice cream in a different container, and then make up another batch for the freezer. So if you're O.K. with starting your dessert a couple of days before the actual dinner, then this item will serve your needs.

Does not work as I expected
After freezing for one week and attempting to make rolled ice cream it did not work like it was suppose too. Had to freeze my mixture for 3 more hours on surface in order to roll it. I do not recommend. And it did not come with instructions.

Doesn't work
Takes a lot of time to freeze. The only way to get rolled ice cream is to spread actual ice cream on it and roll it
