This is hand free Bluetooth device one of the best device I ever saw. Sound quality is good the weight is light and the performance is also good . Battery remains for 2 days if we use routinely. Definitely some costly high but it's good.

It is a very good product. It's discreet and you don't have to wear it around like someone working at a call center. You can simply put it away in your shirt pocket when you don't want to take calls. When in use, you can hear calls very clearly and even play music on it. The wire retracts very smoothly. The only problem is that it is not durable. The wire connecting the device with the earphone gets weak within 6 months and then the voices on calls become faint and you struggle to make sense of what is spoken, especially when it's a noisy environment. You have no choice but to discard the device when the wire develops a loose connection. So if you want a good bluetooth device but with a limited lifespan of 6 months, go for it. But it's surely not value for money.

I have been using this for quite sometime now for my Teams meetings and it has had no issues. No one from other side has ever complained of any sound quality issues.

Not suitable for phone talk. I still need to speak so loud..The person on call complaints me about unclear voice.Wire length is below 148mm which makes me uncomfortable while working.I wanted to return this product, but there wasn't any return window.It is an overpriced product as well.
