Nice and wide. Comfy!
Finally a wide, light, comfy, warm pad!. Surprised how comfortable it is. Large rolled up in the stuffsack, but lightweight! Glad I opted for this instead of something like 3x as much. Seems very durable, looking forward to sleeping on it actually.

Great pad
I use this on top of a cot, and it is very comfortable and provides enough insulation for 30 degree nights (in conjunction with thermals and a 30 degree sleeping bag of course). Build quality seems high and storing back in the bag is not hard.

Comfy but big for backpacking
Haven't taken it out camping yet but it's very comfy and nicely made. Little bigger than expected so probably not the best choice for backpacking

Be gone hip pain
I've gone through 2 of the REI branded side-rail sleeping pads for overnight backpacking trips and BOTH have broken on me (one was a gift so really it was a fool me once situation). I've also always struggled with hip pain in the night with the various sleeping pads i've used whether they were for car camping or backpacking and I must say this is the only one I haven't had to deal with that with. Listen, you're still very much sleeping on the ground but this pad stays inflated all night and provides the right amount of cushion to allow for a full nights sleep and not a night spent waking up every half hour. Definitely recommend for the price!

A good balance of portability and comfort
If you need a self-inflating (or manual with a few breathes) foam hybrid sleeping pad for camping, but cannot bring a thicker pad due to size or weight, then this works well.I would personally have opted for a larger 3" foam pad because of back issues that normally prevent me from doing much camping, but the ones I tried would have left no room in my suitcase for our flight. If I had to hike to a remote area with the larger pads it would have been too much weight.I like this pad because it has thicker foam than many others, and it is lightweight and easy to travel with. My purchase was about balancing comfort and portability. When it was time to pack up, it condensed down easily and fit back into its carry bag.

Wonderful mats
I ordered 2 of these for a trip in South Dakota. Temps overnight were approx 45 degrees. Awesome and very comfortable for my husband and I. Inflated and deflated very quickly. Able to fit them right back into their carry bags. I would recommend to anyone.

Gave me bad lower back pain
I really like how easily this inflated and packs. I would do it all inside my two-person tent. It also goes back into the original sack if you deflate it properly. However, after only using it for a few days I developed bad lower back pains from sleeping. I used this on a month-long motorcycle trip and ended up needing to switch to hotel stays which was a bummer. I'll be looking for something else instead.

thin but comfortable for a side sleeper
My first time out with it I slept great. That being said I found a nice soft area to setup my tent so may update the review after I take it desert camping. The valve is great. I like the versatility and simplicityit rolls back into the bag very easilyKept me warm but temps didnt get below 40 so will see next winter camp trip how the insulation is
