This stuff is a life saver. Its helping me get rid of my fatty liver, but Milk Thistle isn't going to cure you.... you got to start eating right or this wont help! I highly recommend this one because of the potency. Great deal! I am ordering more as we speak!

I like this product it is easy to swallow and very potent. I started taking this every day to see if I would get an allergic reaction and I did not. I rarely drink but If I do I take milk thistle next day for a week. I gave some to my father who is a diabetic and it Helped lower his blood sugar levels. He took this for 2 months with no insulin and now his sugar reading is 83 from 348. Every morning his reading went down but it took 2 months to be where it is right now. He has 3 meals no snacking between meals and no sugar, flour or rice.

I decided to go the natural route to fix it.After many flushes over a couple years, and lots of milk thistle it doesn't bother me at all now. So pretty effective results, for me.I take it daily, 3 pills.In fact, I am now keto and have no issues from personally from the diet. I am guessing, keyword guessing, this has a lot to do with it.Pills are medium in size to me. I find them easy to swallow. This brand has always been a great deal for what you get.I'll continue taking milk thistle.
