From what I can see there is no difference. One product comes with material to help patch the rip, the other is just the adhesive. One caution, buy in small amounts. The product is very effective but has a short shelf life once you have opened it.

It's not dry clear, a little yellow-ish when dried up..

I've had mine for months... it will begin to cure if left open for an extended length of time
