Q: what do you mean by pack of one and where this made from.

It means 1 spark plug each. Denso products are made either in Japan, Indonesia or China. I replaced all 4 of my plugs with this brand over two years ago and so far no need for replacement. They have now been on for over 100K miles working flawlessly.

Q: where are these made?

Had purchased few years ago and to the best of my knowledge, these plugs were made in Japan.

Q: does it fit a nissan quest 2011 s model?

Q: Spark plug socket size needed?

9/16 or 14mm six point deep socket. Preferably with rubber insert to hold plug in, but will work without.
