Q: Is the MC4 connector removable for wiring?

If that's the little box thing on the panel, it is glued on with white adhesive caulk but I'm sure it could probably be pried off.

Q: size in inches, it cant be 7" x7". I need exact size, this looks like a misprint ?

It is not 7x7. No idea why that's on the specification. Please search the original product to find accurate dimensions.

Q: Can I trim the edges of this panel? I need one thats less than 19.25. The solar panel collecting part is almost 1.5 inches away from the edge.

I am not an expert, but I would strongly discourage you from doing this as it may cause permanent damage to panel and render it inoperative. If you need a panel with different dimensions, I suggest you search and find one that meets your needs.
