Q: Where are these salt lamps manufactured?

The salt is mined in the Khewra Salt Mines in the Himalayan Mountains, Pakistan, which is the only source for genuine Himalayan salt, and then the lamp is hand-carved and assembled by artisans in Pakistan.

Q: Does this lamp come with a dimmer switch?

Yes, it comes with a UL listed dimmer switch, which can be adjusted gradually to your preference from very low to high (and everything in between!). It also comes with one 15-watt bulb, which is they highest watt bulb you can use with the dimmer switch.

Q: My switch doesn't work can i get a replacement? I have to plug and unplug the lamp for it to work

Well, can't really answer your question specifically, but my suggestion would be either to look into returning the lamp or finds a shop that fixes lamps. The cord may need to be replaced which you could try to do yourself or at a repair shop.
