Read the instructions!! Read my review also!
Worked awesome!! Zero issue!! Instructions aren't the best, but good enough to get it done. I will try to shed light on this.If the tube didn't fit into your grease gun that's because you put it in with the plastic lids on it. It has a plastic cap top and bottom of the tube. For cartridge**-Pull the plunger all the way back and let it lock fully cocked.- remove the plastic cap from the grease tube. ( You will want to remove the larger cap so that one end is still covered, one is not).-insert the grease tube into the grease gun with the OPEN END downward. You will leave the smaller of the two cap on the tube. The reason why, is because that plastic cap holds it into place. (You unscrew the HEAD END to put cartridge inside. That's the end where the grease comes out.)- with the cartridge inside the gun and one plastic cap still on (TOPSIDE) the other end with BIGGER cap is removed facing downward into the gun. Then remove the top plastic cap and let it slide into the gun.- Screw the HEAD END back on top the grease gun. Do not put it on tight or even close. One, two turns MAX!!! your intentionally leaving it loose to burp the air ...- after you screwed the head back into place. Depress the plunger rod FULLY!! You do that by pressing the little metal release under the plunger.- while the head is still only 1-2 turns on the gun and the plunger is depressed. Take the plunger by hand, some forced is required and push it all the way into the gun, then fully back out. What this is doing is getting the air out of the chamber (the reason we didn't thread it all the way in). Do this X4 times bruoing the air out of the chamber.- Now you tighten the head fully onto the grease gun. At this stage, no attachments are on the gun. All of the above was just to prime the grease into the gun.- squeeze the trigger with it all back together, everything is nice and tight (hand right) untill you pump the rest of the air out and grease steadying flowing. When the grease is coming out nice and even, the air is out and your are ready. Yes there's a air valve but that's not the same as this step.- attach whatever attachment you need and get r done! Leave the plunger depressed entirely after you got all the air out and are ready to grease those ball bearings. You no longer need to worry about the plunger until your out of grease, or if your running low and need to prime it but really only when your replacing the cartridge or filling it another way. The plunger is just to prime the gun.-wipe off fittings with paper towel between changes.- DO NOT lossen the coupling attachment! THE 4 little teeth are a bitch to get back inside. Ask me how I know that.. If it want release from the nipple, wiggle it and pull harder.I hope that helps

Bad grease fitting couplers supplied with grease gun
The two supplied grease couplers are bad and could cost you lots of money. The supplied grease couplers lock on to grease zerk fittings and will not release. I tried everything with no success and resulted in the fitting breaking off in one case and pulling the grease zerk fitting completely out of the item I was lubricating resulting in a very expensive repair for me. No where in the sale ad, box, or supplied document do they discuss grease fitting compatibility. Recommend you stay away from this grease gun and any others that come from the same place. Big disappointment for me that costing me extra money.

The squeeze handle want release!
I assembled the grease gun per instructions. Removed the ring that was holding the pumping lever to the stationary lever. Nothing! It didn’t open up. I squeezed a few times but it did not move. I unscrewed the barrel, pulled the plunger back, removed the cartridge and tried several ways to separate the movable levers. It’s not worth the hassle of returning for$21. Tomorrow I’m going to try to tap the inside with an appropriate size punch to see if it will release. If notI’ll hang it on my garage wall as a reminder not to buy bargain tools. One good comment, It is a pretty yellow and black color. 🤷🏼♂️
