I followed the brewing instructions and after 4 mornings with varying amounts of coffee I found that a coarser grind was delivering better coffee.I tempered the brew pot with hot tap water and the 2 coffee cups as well before putting my preferred amount of ground coffee beans and pouring water from the tea kettle to the 16 oz mark, stirred the pot for 15 seconds. Then timed 4 minutes before slowly pressing the screen toward the bottom over 15 seconds. Voila! satisfying cups of coffee👍

Why did you pick this product vs others?:While it’s a great idea, by the time you grind your coffee beans and heat water, you might as well use a coffee maker. But it is cool and it does deserve 5 stars. I’ll just stick with my Mr. Coffee coffee maker.

At 42oz this French Press is big enough to fill both mine and my husbands 20oz coffee mugs. Before I had to make coffee in 2 batches which was a pain. The pot is well made and beautiful. In addition, the pot is big enough that I can put the coffee in small spice bags to brew, which makes clean up a breeze. If you have more than 1 person drinking coffee in your household, this is the French press for you!

I am happy to report that I just made a❤️ delicious two large mug size cups of coffee with only filling up the glass carafe a little bit more than midway I just have an objection to them writing on the glass ounces which is entirely unnecessary. You only need to put Max in small nice font at the top of the glass carafe. We’re not stupid over here in America. We know how many cups something should hold when we ask for it! This French press was made in China. I’m looking forward to the day when items can be made in the countries that they’re named for or at least give us a choice of countries that we can buy products that are made from the ones that we are in a good relationship with!. This after searching and returning about four French presses and two replacement beakers that were the wrong size.SIGHHHHH! Coffee Nirvana.Thank youTink🦋

It makes 4 large mugs of good tasting coffee. I think it's much prettier than a regular French press. I only hand wash. Don't want to harm the metal part. It isn't removable.

Compared to my last French press, this has no granules little to non-sediment in the bottom of the cup. This is a damn good upgrade. Thank you. usually when they say coffee press, I thought you could only push it to the top of the water and leave it go. This you can actually press all the way down to the bottom. Just watch the video and I did that and it works just the same really really good and so glad I bought it

Great my cat knocked it off the counter 2x and it didn’t even break so i say its durable

I bought this because the glass on my previous coffee maker broke.The metal casing is functional, good looking and protects the glass.Came with extra filters and my coffee tastes great.
