Q: does this product have stabilisers in it

I do not know Sally An Thomas. I use it as a cleaner and I also added it to bleach my hair that had too much colouring agents, and it worked.

Q: will this kill mould spores (e.g. Aspergillus, Penicillum etc) when used in the washing machine on contaminated clothing?

I use it everywhere spray it on stained clothing, bathroom tiles, in the kitchen. I delute it on clothes, and on carpets stains. Hope this helps
