Air WickFreshmatic Automatic Air Freshener Spray Dispenser, White, 1 Count

This is the 1st dispenser I've ever purchased and brother, was I upset when it didn't work. I looked it up online. I did all the suggested trouble-shooting. It would almost work every time. The nozzle would move around but no fragrance would be dispensed. A little while later I received an email asking me if I was enjoying the product I purchased and I was ready to unload.....I took a deep breath and led with my Christian side. The immediate response I received was....they had already issued a refund and were sincerely sorry. Wow! That was easy. I decided to order another, as I really wanted the dispenser or I wouldn't have ordered it in the 1st place. In the meantime, my husband figured out that the original dispenser was fine, it was a defective can of spray...the dispenser works fine! I emailed them back and explained what had happened. I asked for a return address as I am not the kind of person that takes something for nothing. Their response.....keep them both with our best wishes. Are you serious?! Now I have a dispenser in 2 of my bathrooms that work beautifully and every time I smell my favorite fragrance, I think of the professionalism, the integrity and the awesome friendliness of their customer service department. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I had inquired about the shipping speed (said 12 to 14 days). I was just curious why something would take so long to ship and I actually needed it sooner. What I didn't expect was a call from the vendor (Always Save) contacting me about my concern. He assured me that I would receive the product sooner than stated by Amazon (a couple of days) and they were right.The dispenser works great; better than previous models that I have purchased and both are currently in use.I mostly want to just say that it is unusual to receive that type of customer concern from a vendor these days....very impressed!

I wanted something that wasd going to fill my room with a nice scent throughout the day but I found this justy wasn't enough.The simple spray last for maybe 5 minutes and then you can't smell anything for a while. Even on the more aggressive setting the sound of the dispersal was more noticeable than the actual scent.I have to stress it wasn't what >I< was looking for but someone looking for a more subtle smell might actually find this to be useful.Not my favorite and I likely will never use it again. A plug in is probably better for the smell and the ease of use.

A house that smells good is a house worth living. I had been using manual air fresheners to freshen up my house.After my air fresheners were exhausted, I went to a store near me to purchase a new stock and I found a young teenager, who told me to buy this automatic air freshener.The teenager had no words to convince me why I should buy the automatic freshener but I decided to buy it anyway. This was an impulse purchase to see how well an automated air freshener would work. I got it with the recommended BUY TOGETHER Fresh Waters Spray.One just fits the spray canister to the automatic freshener and set the amounts you want sprayed and the intervals between sprays, and boom, the automatic freshener will ensure that your house stays fresh all day all night. Just replace the canister when it empties. I have it set central to my living room and it keeps the room fresh all day and night long. The slim and elegant design of the freshener will also ensure that my house’s décor is complemented. I choose to give this automatic air freshener a five star since I have not had any issues with it.

I was really disappointed. I’ve used the Airwick automatic spay for years. I wanted to get two more, one for my bedroom and one also for my kitchen. Neither one worked, did not spray. I put in brand new batteries and the spray it came with. I know how to use it from previous ones I’ve had. Returning.

This is my second Air Wick dispenser, so now have 2. I am so glad these exist. We use it in our RV we have permanently parked on our own RV lot at the coast. We usually stay in our RV every week or every other week. During the times the RV is closed up, there gets to be a sorta closed air or stale smell, and this automatic sprayer is doing the trick. We don't leave the electricity plugged in, so this battery operated Air Wick is a fantastic option just to put a little nice smell in the air. I turn it on the lowest setting, and even though that is way more sprays than we need, I can deal with that. I bought this duplicate one for use when the other one eventually dies. I give it a 5 star rating, and if their were more stars to give, I would give them.

Product works, but was not in its original packaging and the batteries that come with it were therefore missing. The instructions on the packaging are important to proper operation. Thankfully I had one already, so I knew how to set it up. I have no problem with sellers reselling individual items taken from bulk packaging, especially at lower prices. But they should indicate that the item is NOT in its original packaging, if original instructions are not present and if the manufacturer-supplied batteries are not present. The instructions in the product description are of little help without pictures. If this is your first purchase of one of these, look for online videos for setup instructions or you may think it doesn't work or worse get shot in the face with a spray of air freshener.
