Venn is top notch
Tried these out at ICA ClarinetFest. Got one of these and a new competitor brand. Wow! The Venn, for me, takes the cake. I have now purchased a second so I can rotate them. The first one took me through a full show (rehearsal, tech week, whole run of a show) plus a semester of orchestra rehearsals and several concerts. I’d call it a winner that is still giving.

Great for standby teaching
I love this reed for my clarinet to easily pick up and play with students with little to no prep time. It sounds like a standard reed and isn't too bright. Will also vote for the durability as my 4 year old dropped my mouthpiece tip side down on the floor destroying the mouthpiece(big chunk broken off tip) but the reed was left unscathed and still very usable.

Trying to find a happy medium
I like the idea of synthetic reeds but I find that trying to get the right strength is a pain. I purchased a 3 and that one is a bit too soft especially on higher notes, so I moved up to a 3.5 which is better on the higher notes, but it's overall a bit hard and tends to produce more squeaks. I will continue to play with it but probably in rehesrsal only and not at performances.

Sounds good but breaks easy
I’m in a college marching band and constantly need new reeds. I had a synthetic but I bought it years ago and couldn’t find the original one I had so I took a chance with this. My last ones came in a box of five and it was the same price as this one. Those five reeds lasted me four years, this one Reed lasted me about 6 uses before splitting and chipping exactly like a wooden Reed. I’d much rather spend the same amount on a box of normal reeds that will last much longer.

Sadly disappointed.
Reed didn't last more than 2 weeks before it started warping and chipping. For costing so much I expected it to last longer.

Sounds like a circus horn after awhile.
This has proven to be a terrible synthetic reed. It honks and sounds like a circus calliope. I would only recommend for marching band where they can’t hear you anyway.

Reeds are awesome
I wished that they would come in a 10 pack like the traditional reeds.
