yes it can, I use it as a release agent all the time for silicone molds. make sure you do it just before you pour to make sure you get a good coating that doesn't evaporate. be fairly heavy-handed with it ;-)

I can’t be sure but yes I think so, you may need to be liberal with your spraying though. You can buy mould release oil/agent in bottles but I’m not sure how that would work with silicone. Good luck.

Yes I use it with my resin art and for making silicone items in silicone molds so the silicone doesn't stick to the silicone if that makes sense. Make sure you use plenty prior to pouring as it gets absorbed by the silicone over time keeping it subtle. Hope this helps
