There is a growing body of opinion that Oolong tea does help keep fat off the body, but I would not say this is scientifically proven to Western standards. My personal understanding is that all Chinese teas are useful as dieting aids as they are fat-free, gently boost the metabolism and fat burning, so have to help a bit. Sorry I can’t answer why this tea would be bad for the lungs. I have 2 tea bags a day morning on empty stomach and one just before bed and so far i’ve had no issues. Its best to contact the supplier and ask them directly. Thank you

Hallo, I am drinking this tea myself and I would say no. Use boiling water and let it cool down if you want to drink it cold.

Bargain!

I really like oolong tea as I feel that it is helping me along my WL journey, drinking it "black" it still taste rather nice. I find that you can easily make 2 strong cups if you leave the bag in on the second cup for a few minutes.

Mellow and smooth.

Absolutely beautiful tea! I brought this to give it a try. I normally dislike all teas without milk, anyway I decided to drink it as intended, no milk. Wow, sensational. This is a tea that needs savouring. The taste is mellow and smooth and cannot be bettered. One of the best!

Nice Tea not as good as loose leaf but I wouldn't expect it to be.Great for the office or when you're on the go.Good price to. I would be reordering once these have been used up.
