Q: Can I replace the keycaps? I'd like to purchase some large letter keycaps designed for poor vision. I found some for "6.0 bottom" keys

I replaced mine with no problem. Just bought a standard keycap set for a full size keyboard. Not sure if the 6.0 bottom keys you found though are standard size. But the keys are easy to remove, same with the switches if you want to change those out as well.
