Will this help with a receding hair line?

I'm not so sure it would perhaps pure castor oil would be better worth a try. But if receding hairline is hereditary in your family then I'm afraid it might slow the process by thickening the hair. Also use the Castor oil with Rosmary in it that promotes hair growth. And drink fenugreek seed seept in boiling water when cool drink it 3 times a day that's as help my hair greatly where thinning at the side.

Can you leave it in your hair

I don’t think knits meant to be left in too long- it may end up damaging ur hair. I would recommend you invest in a portable hair steamer- sold on Amazon- put it on- steam yr hair for 20 minutes and wash it out. Too much can at times be as bad as too little. If ur hair is weak look to an iron supplement abs sone protein drinks. It’s not over night so keep the patience and you will get lovely results.

Can you use on eye lashes

I’d say no. It’s specifically for your hair. May irritate eyes
