Flexi Hose Expandable Garden Hose - 50FT Heavy Duty Water Hose, Retractable Hose with 3/4-Inch Solid Brass Fittings - Expandable Hose Design & Spray Nozzle Included - Black, 15 Metres brought this item on the 3rd of may.Went to use it again today which is the 18th of June the hose split in the middle and out burst all the water very annoying,there are no brass fittings as shown in there picture came with plastic fittings fake and misleading

Head detached from hose after two months light use. Tried to contact supplier / Amazon about return / replacement as it states it has a lifetime warranty. Amazon bot just keeps taking me around in circles until I give up trying to return. Hence, I have to say it's not that durable and the warranty is worthless as you can't contact the supplier. AVOID!

Lightweight and easy to use, I’ve had other more expensive ones but I like this one and the bag is great for putting the ends in so you don’t get drips in garage or shed wherever you keep it.

Works well, only a few issues I had, the trigger for the hose is made of a lightweight plastic and after dropping it down on the floor a few times the plastic cracked and made it hard to use. Totally my fault but may be handy to know if you you’re like me and throw stuff down instead of placing it!In the end the hose got caught on the edge of our door and ended up splitting, I could have repaired it, but I opted for a more robust product, same shrinking hose, just more durable.Perfect for light users.

My hose has exploded/split - purchased in April. Was so pleased with it, but now see that many recent reviews state similar problem and worryingly that the company dont seem to be acknowledging the “lifetime guarantee”. Will have to wait and see if they get back to me , but hopefully amazon woukd not still be selling the product if the company are not accepting liability !

Up to now few months later still going strong, just now have to wait for hose pipe ban to be lifted

On the face of it this hose is ideal for someone who does not have space to keep a standard hosepipe, and I have to agree. It is lightweight and very easy to store. The problems arise when you have more water pressure than the hose can take. The nozzle is not up to taking the pressure and blows off, this means the rubber hose inside the fabric cover retracts. You then have to spend ages trying to feed the rubber hose back or cut off the excess fabric to re-attach the nozzle. Moving forward I will be careful not to allow too much pressure from the outside tap to the hose
