Works fine
NiCad batteries are becoming more scarce. These sub-C batteries brought a very old Sony Hi8 camcorder back to life. Soldering the tabs was a bit difficult, they were not tinned. Other than that one minor fault these batteries work very well.

Great batteries and a good price.
Exactly what I needed! The tabs on the batteries made my repair quick and easy. Batteries tested and charged fine

Good price and so far is working well. Had to solder them to have a 19 v battery package for a drill

Just Ok.
Just an ok battery. Doesn’t hold a charge like an OEM battery.

Perfect for tool battery rebuilds!
Excellent NiCad cells. The tabs could be beefier but that's my only complaint. Used 8 of these to rebuild a 30 year old 9.6V SnapOn cordless impact driver battery. Was a hard job as the old battery was glued together quite solidly. Had to use epoxy to reassemble but came out perfectly. I have over 10V at full charge and couldn't be happier.

solder strips attached
The batteries were easy to assemble with the attached solder strips for my 12 volt power drill pack replacement. They worked great.

Tested 32 out of 40 cells. Main reason for purchase was the explicit 12 month warranty.
Another update: Rating bumped up from 4 to 5 stars for the excellent customer service.UPDATE REVIEW:32 Sub-C cells tested.mAh tested capacity ranged from 1903 to 2077. (Within range for 2000mAh spec cells)iR internal resistance ranged from 034-310.Some research seems to indicate this cell previously had its true 2000mAh printed on it and sold as such. It’s now labeled 2300mAh.To be fair, the EBL 2300mAh seems to be true 2000mAh too.Reason I purchased these over competitors was the explicit 12 month warranty. That’s more a selling point than exaggerated mAh.Previous review:I doubt these will come close to the 2300mah printed on the cell. Not okay, but somewhat understandable business move since competitor EBL advertises at 2300mah when they really test around 1800-2000mah.We the consumers have really got to stop protecting companies in their reviews. It doesn’t help manufacturers to continually improve and it doesn’t help prices stay competitive. It also causes problems like inflated specs like battery maH becoming the norm.I haven’t tried the HyperPS brand but they’re rated at 1800mah.. they’re probably the only ones honest about that. 😂 Probably Tenergy too.At the end of the day 2000mAH is about the highest sub-C can go and I am happy with these.
