micro swiss M2559-04 MK10 All Metal Hot end Kit, 0.4 mm

Used this to improve print quality, stop jamming, and has the added benefit of allowing a 10ºC higher nozzle temp - ideal to print Nylon at 255-260ºC

I've just installed this into a wanhao i3 v2.1, I kept having issue with the stock hot end ptfe liner swelling causing uneven filament output and blockages, the last ptfe liner only lasted 4 weeks. This is a game changer no more issues with failed prints it just works every time, follow the instructions on the micro swiss website! and you won't go wrong with it, I also coated all the threads on the guide tube and nozzle with the supplied thermal compound and also the inside of the hole on the block where the guide tube goes, recalibrate your e steps after and reset your print bed height. One happpy customer.............

Just fitted this, its realy well made, a great quilty product, and far far better with a stainless steall nozzel rather than a brass one that is standard on most 3d printers

Worth the extra money compared to other nozzles.

Well after two months of use the bottom part of the throat has gone at the threads absoloutley gutted
